Yes. Your health data is private to you — we never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time. Sehat is subscription-only: our only revenue is your subscription fee, which means we have no incentive to monetise your data.
Anyone in India with a family who wants to keep health records organised in one place. Sehat is especially useful for families managing chronic conditions, elderly parents, or children who need regular checkups.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Each document you upload — lab report, prescription, discharge summary, scan or imaging report — counts as one upload. Pages within each document count toward your pages limit.
Each plan includes a pages limit — the total number of document pages Sehat will process per year. Free: 50 pages, Family: 600 pages, Family Plus: 2,000 pages. Most lab reports are 1–3 pages, so typical families use well under the limit.
You'll see a warning when you're close to your limit. Once reached, uploads are paused until your plan renews. Existing records remain fully accessible — nothing is hidden or deleted. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more uploads immediately.
Sehat supports lab reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and imaging/scan reports (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, Echo, Holter). AI extraction works on lab reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and cardiology reports. Imaging reports store the narrative impression.
Sehat supports four document types:
- Lab Reports — PDF or photo. Available on all plans.
- Prescriptions — PDF or photo. Available on all plans.
- Scan / Image — X-ray, MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound and more. Family Plus only.
- Discharge Summaries — PDF or photo. Available on all plans.
PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP files are supported. Maximum file size is 10 MB.
Tags are short labels you add to any upload to help you find it later — for example 'Cardiology', 'Annual checkup 2025', or 'Apollo hospital'. You can add up to 10 tags per document. On any family member's profile, you can search and filter by tag to find related documents instantly.
Yes — Family Plus plan members can upload scan images, X-rays, MRIs, and other imaging documents. These are stored securely without AI extraction. You can label them (e.g. 'Knee MRI'), add tags, and view them anytime from the member's profile.
Yes — Family Plus members get a personal email address (username@sehat.report). Forward any lab report or prescription to this address and it will be automatically added to the right family member's profile. You can set up your intake address in Settings.
WhatsApp forwarding is coming soon for Family Plus members. When available, you will be able to send documents directly to a Sehat WhatsApp number and they will be added to your account automatically.
Yes — every report has an optional notes field. Use it to flag anything unusual, add context for the doctor, or remind yourself why a test was done. Notes appear on the report detail page and are visible in the review checklist.
When you upload a lab report, our AI reads the document and extracts each biomarker — including the test name, your result, the normal range, and whether your result is normal, borderline, or abnormal. It also generates a plain-English explanation of each result.
English reports are fully supported. Regional language support is coming soon.
Every extracted result can be edited or deleted before saving. You are always in control of what gets stored.
Go to the dashboard and tap the + button, or tap "Add family member" in the family row.
Yes — each family member has a Medical History section on their profile where you can record allergies, past surgeries and procedures, implanted devices (like pacemakers), and special notes. This information is included in the pre-visit summary.
Yes — each family member can have a preferred language. Reports and explanations will be shown in that language (coming soon for regional languages).
Self, Spouse, Parent, Child, or Other.
When Sehat processes a prescription, the extracted medications appear in a review checklist. Check the medicines you want to add, adjust any details, and tap Save. They'll appear under the Medications tab for that family member. You can also add medications manually from the Medications tab.
Each medication can be set to before, after, with, or anytime relative to a meal. You can also set a timing offset — for example, 30 minutes before breakfast. Sehat uses each family member's meal schedule (set in their profile) to calculate the right reminder time.
Reminder times are calculated from each family member's meal schedule and the offset you set for each medication slot. WhatsApp reminders are coming soon — you'll be able to enable them per family member from their profile.
Shared family access lets you grant a family member their own login to your Sehat account. For example, you can give your spouse their own login so they can view and upload records without sharing your password. Available on Family Plus. Set it up from any family member's edit page.
A shared user can view all family records, upload new documents, log vitals, and add medications. They cannot access Settings, billing, or account details. All data they add appears in your account.
Yes. Each shared user logs in with their own email address and OTP — no passwords or shared credentials. You can revoke access at any time from the family member profile.
The Trends tab shows how your biomarkers change over time. Tap a category chip (Kidney, Liver, Blood Count, etc.) to see line charts for each test in that category, plotted across all your uploaded lab reports.
Trends cover all uploaded lab reports — there is no cutoff. As you add more reports over time, the charts get richer. The date range covers from your oldest uploaded report to your most recent.
Yes — you can log blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar (fasting, random, or post-meal), weight, and SpO₂ for any family member. Each reading is stored with date and time, and you can view trends over time in the Trends tab on any member's profile.
When logging blood sugar, select the type — Fasting, Random, or Post-meal. Sehat applies the correct normal range for each type (Fasting: 70–100 mg/dL, Post-meal: 70–140 mg/dL) so your status badge is clinically accurate.
Tap 'Prepare for visit' on any family member's profile to generate a one-page health summary — active conditions, current medications, recent abnormal labs, latest vitals, and any allergies or implants. You can save it as a PDF and share it with your doctor before a consultation or hospital admission.
The summary is generated from your most recent uploaded data — lab reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and logged vitals. It covers the last 90 days of data by default, expanding to 180 days if fewer than 3 documents are found. The summary is regenerated when new data is uploaded.
Yes — tap 'Save / Share as PDF' on the summary page. Your browser will save a PDF file which you can send via WhatsApp, email, or print and carry to the appointment.
Yes — every generated summary is saved under the Summaries tab on the family member's profile. You can view the full history of past summaries, each frozen at the time it was generated.
Never. Sehat is subscription-only — our only revenue comes from your subscription fee. We do not sell, share, or use your health data for advertising, research, or any other purpose. This is a structural commitment, not just a policy.
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
Yes — a one-tap data export is available in Settings.
Your data remains yours. You can export all your records at any time from Settings. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We never hold your health data hostage — one-tap export is always available.
