Why families choose Sehat

Every family has a health story.
Sehat holds it together.

Medical records scattered across WhatsApp folders, lab portals, and crumpled paper. We built Sehat so your family's health history is one tap away — clear, organised, and yours alone.

Five moments where Sehat makes a real difference

Lab Reports
01 of 05

Appa's report arrives as a WhatsApp forward.
Numbers everywhere. No context.

Haemoglobin: 10.8. MCV: 72. The reference range is in 8pt font. Is this worse than last time? What does low MCV mean for someone his age? The appointment is tomorrow. You spend an hour on Google and come away more confused.

  • Every biomarker explainedin plain language — what it measures, what high or low means for that family member
  • Trend graphs built automaticallyacross every test you upload — no manual entry required
  • Photos and PDFs both workforward that WhatsApp image directly, or upload a PDF from the lab portal
  • Separate profiles per memberAppa's reports never mix with Amma's — each person's timeline stays cleanly their own
Walk into the appointment knowing exactly what changed and what to ask.

What does low Haemoglobin mean?
Haemoglobin carries oxygen in the blood. A low value (anaemia) can cause fatigue, breathlessness, and dizziness. The pattern with low MCV and high RDW-CV suggests iron deficiency — ask your doctor about iron levels.

Emergency
02 of 05

2 AM. Emergency admission.
They're asking for records you don't have on you.

The intake nurse needs previous conditions, current medications, blood group, and whether she had surgery before. Your mother's files are in a folder at home, 40 minutes away. The previous discharge summary is buried in her email. The medication list is written on a paper near the kitchen.

  • Active admissions on dashboardappear instantly with a live indicator — no digging through records at 2 AM
  • Full medication listwith dosage and timing — morning, afternoon, night — exactly as your family takes them
  • Past hospitalisationswith diagnoses, procedures, and all documents in one timeline per family member
  • Discharge summaries extractedinto 13 structured fields — readable at a glance, not buried in a dense PDF
The information the doctor needs is in your pocket before they ask.

She sees three specialists.
None of them know what the others prescribed.

The cardiologist added a beta blocker. The endocrinologist adjusted the metformin dose. The GP renewed the blood pressure tablet she's been on for six years. Each prescription is on a separate slip. Nobody has the complete picture — not even her.

  • Organised by time of daymorning, afternoon, night — the way your family actually thinks about medications, not alphabetically
  • Prescriptions parsed by AIupload a photo and Sehat reads the medication, dose, and timing — even handwritten 1-0-1 notation
  • Archive, never deletestopped medications move to an archive so a future doctor can always ask what she was on in 2024
  • Full history preservedno hard deletes, ever — your family's medication history is permanent and always recoverable
Hand any new doctor the complete medication list in 10 seconds. Nothing missed.

Chronic Conditions
04 of 05

Vitamin D was 18 last year.
Now it's 31. Is that progress?

Managing a chronic condition is pattern recognition across years. Is the thyroid stable? Is HbA1c trending the right way? The doctor has four minutes. You have no charts. The answer is buried across reports from different labs, different years, different formats.

  • Trend graphs automaticallyevery time you upload a new lab report — values added to the running trend, no data entry required
  • Works across different labsThyrocare in January, Dr Lal PathLabs in July — Sehat normalises marker names across labs
  • Any biomarker, any time rangesee three years of HbA1c, TSH, Vitamin D, or creatinine in one clean view
  • Each member's own graphswitch between family members in one tap — their data never mixes
Walk into every consultation with five years of data condensed into a clear picture.

Hospitalisation
05 of 05

Surgery done. Fourteen things prescribed.
Three diagnoses made. Nothing written clearly.

The discharge happens fast. The summary is a dense PDF in clinical language, typed in a hurry. By the time you're home you can't remember the follow-up instructions, which medications were new, or what the surgeon said the primary diagnosis was.

  • 13 fields extractedprimary diagnosis, procedures, new medications, follow-up instructions, dietary advice — all pulled out clearly
  • One-tap medication handoffmedications from the discharge summary added to your family member's active list with a single tap
  • Original always preservedthe structured view is an addition, not a replacement — the original PDF is always there
  • Everything linked to the admissionlabs, scans, bills, prescriptions — all filed under the right hospitalisation, not scattered
The next doctor gets the full picture. Not a crumpled PDF. The full picture.

Our commitment

Every other health app in India is built on your family's data.
Sehat is not.

We made a structural decision: one price, no advertising, no data brokering, no upsell. Your family's health records are not a product. They are not an acquisition funnel. They belong to you.

🔒
Zero data selling. Ever.
We have never sold health data to a third party. We have built the product so we structurally cannot profit from doing so.
